If there were a way to upload the video live to the intertubes, saving the evidence if they smash/confiscate and lose the device that would really be the ticket. Gotta be possible on some of these newfangled phones. Because I called them to let them know that my husbands bike is under the wheel of a bus and when they came out, they cuffed my husband instead of the bus driver.
